
JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) - Starting the 2025 stock exchange trading session, the IPCC Board of Directors purchased shares worth around IDR 210 million or 306,800 shares today.
SM Corporate Secretary, Roro Endah Dwi Liesly Puspita Sari said the purpose of purchasing these shares was a personal investment for the Directors as an illustration to provide confidence to the public that the issuer with the stock code (IPCC) is worthy of being owned.
President Director of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) Sugeng Mulyadi purchased 137,200 shares of the Company with an average purchase price of Rp687 per share, which cost around Rp94 million. Previously, his personal ownership of the Company's shares was 354,000 shares or equivalent to 0.02 percent. The purchase of shares during this period also increased Sugeng's ownership portion in IPCC to 491,200 shares or equivalent to 0.03 percent during the transaction period.
The same thing was also done by the Director of Operations and Engineering Bagus Dwipoyono who purchased 116,500 shares with an average purchase price of Rp687 per share which cost Rp80 million. In last year's purchase, Bagus spent Rp143 million and acquired 200,000 shares. With this purchase, Bagus Dwipoyono's share ownership percentage increased to 316,500 shares or equivalent to 0.02 percent.
Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management Wing Megantoro also took this important moment as an important milestone in the capital market industry. Wing made an initial stock purchase of 53,100 shares with an average purchase price of Rp687 per share which cost Rp36 million. Wing Megantoro's share ownership became 53,100 shares or equivalent to 0.003 percent.
With the addition of the Company's personal share ownership by the Directors, it confirms that Management continues to manage this well and reflects the Company's future performance prospects will continue to grow positively which is also supported by governance and environmental sustainability around the Company.
Based on the financial report up to the third quarter of this year, IPCC has recorded operating income of IDR 585.82 billion, which increased from the previous period of IDR 548.16 in 2023 or 6.87% higher.
Management again invites the public to glance at the Company's shares which have a 2024 Interim Dividend with a Yield of 3.64 percent, this can help make the government's program through the Indonesia Stock Exchange a success through the "Aku Investor Saham" campaign, concluded Endah Dwi.
