JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) - Closing the end of 2024, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM) announced a plan to distribute dividends for the 2024 financial year of IDR 3.80 per share or IDR 20.05 billion.
IPCM President Director, Shanti Puruhita said, "As in previous years, this dividend distribution is a form of the Company's commitment to providing added value to shareholders. We would like to thank IPCM Service Users and Stakeholders for their cooperation and support so that the Company's performance can be achieved as expected."
Previously in every period of its financial report publication, IPCM has succeeded in continuously recording positive performance despite the unstable global conditions. "We are optimistic that with the implementation of the right strategy in the coming year, IPCM's performance will be better so that we can maintain the company's fundamentals," said Shanti.
In the IPCM financial report for the third quarter of 2024, it showed better performance than the same period in the previous year with an increase in revenue reaching 10.31% to Rp946.6 billion from Rp858.11 billion. In terms of profit, it was able to record an increase from the previous Rp119.77 billion to Rp121.10 billion.
IPCM's main revenue contribution was obtained from ship service of Rp873.51 billion or 92.27% of total revenue, up 15.50% compared to the same period the previous year. This is in line with the growth in IPCM's expansion area, namely the Obi Mayor Island Waters-West Coast and Laiwui Port, North Maluku Province.
