GRESIK JAWA TIMUR (ISL News) - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 3 Sub Regional Java carried out the signing of a Cooperation Agreement or MoU with the Gresik District Attorney's Office at the Horison GKB Hotel, Gresik, East Java on Wednesday (11/13/2024) by discussing the security of Civil and State Administrative Law issues in the work environment of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), especially in the Gresik Port Area.
The Memorandum of Understanding was signed directly by the Sub Regional Head of Java PT Pelindo (Persero) Regional 3, Bambang Hasbullah and the Head of the Gresik District Attorney's Office Nana Riana, SH, MH, CSSLS. The activity which will last for 1 (one) year will be carried out by the parties with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of handling legal problems in the Civil and State Administration fields faced by PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 3 Sub Regional Java especially in the Gresik Port Area both in court (litigation) and outside the court (non-litigation).
"The signing of this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) I hope will be beneficial especially in efforts to improve the performance of the Prosecutor's Office in the Civil and State Administration Sector in terms of Law Enforcement, Legal Aid, Legal Considerations, Other Legal Actions and Legal Services for the community," said the Head of the Gresik District Attorney's Office, Nana Riana, SH, MH, CSSLS when giving a welcoming speech.
Bambang Hasbullah explained that this Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aims to synergize, harmonize and optimize the implementation of the duties and functions of the PARTIES/Related Stakeholders in the field of Civil and State Administration and to increase the effectiveness of handling and/or resolving legal problems in the field of Civil and State Administration, both inside and outside the court faced by Pelindo, especially in the Gresik Port Area.
"So in this case, it is really necessary to have an active role from all stakeholders of policy makers to carry out these activities well and effectively. The role of these stakeholders is expected to be able to support and have a commitment to look after each other for the success of this State-Owned Institution and Vital Object," he said.
