KABUPATEN BATU BARA (ISL News) - PT Prima Multi Terminal received a business visit from 6 Zhejiang Seaport Group Delegates. The visit was led by Mr. Zhu Mian as General Manager of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, Wednesday (28/08) in Kuala Tanjung, Batu Bara Regency, North Sumatra.
President Director of PT Prima Multi Terminal Eko Hariyadi Budiyanto revealed that this activity is a follow-up activity to the memorandum of understanding between Pelindo and Zhejiang Provincial Seaport Investment & Operation Group Co., LTD. and the visit of Pelindo Management to Ningbo in October 2023.
"This activity is a follow-up activity of business discussions between Pelindo and Zhejiang, which are prospective strategic partners to jointly build the Kuala Tanjung port, which is a national strategic project. Zhejiang not only brought port representatives from Ningbo Port but also prospective service users who have the potential to do business in Kuala Tanjung," said Eko.
PMT is committed to continuing to establish good communication with potential strategic partners to jointly develop Kuala Tanjung Port and increase the flow of goods.
The Zhejiang delegation's activities began with a visit and discussion at Kuala Tanjung Port managed by PT Prima Multi Terminal (PMT), as well as a visit to Kuala Tanjung Industrial Area managed by PT Prima Pembangunan Kawasan (PPK). Then the activities continued to Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta.
"PMT will continue to optimize existing operational activities and continue to establish good business cooperation not only for existing service users but also potential strategic partners," said Eko.
