JAKARTA (ISL News) - IPC Terminal Petikemas/IPC TPK, a subsidiary of Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, held a Working Meeting to determine strategies to achieve the 2024 target determined by shareholders. Based on the Company's roadmap, in 2024 IPC TPK will enter the Business Integration year with a target of increasing container flow by 10.8% and net profit by 27%.
The Main Director of IPC TPK, Guna Mulyana, in his opening statement said that the Working Meeting was an effort to encourage commitment from all IPC TPK apparatus in facing the dynamics and challenges ahead. He also expressed his appreciation for the achievements and performance of IPC TPK recorded throughout 2023 and that IPC TPK is preparing to achieve the targets set by shareholders this year.
Operation Improvement and Integration are the focus of IPC TPK management in encouraging improvements in loading and unloading performance in 2024. Operation Improvement will be carried out by strengthening the foundation of operations and services through strengthening the skills of the operations team, creating a safe work environment, optimizing port equipment, standardizing operations based on planning & control as well as cost efficiency in operations.
With the theme 'Excellent and Sustainable Terminal Acceleration Through Business Collaboration', the annual working meeting was held in order to improve superior operational performance in realizing business integration.
Apart from operation improvements, this year IPC TPK will also focus on building container terminal integration with the logistics network ecosystem as well as developing container terminal supporting businesses that support core business services. This integration is not only within the terminal but also with related stakeholders and service users.
