JAKARTA (ISL News) – PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero), or Pelindo, continues to strengthen its digital transformation in port services, including the payment process. Through the use of Pelindo's Auto Collection System (ACS) dashboard, service users can now access transaction information more easily, in real time, and transparently.
The ACS dashboard provides visibility into the port service payment process in a single, centralized view. Service users can independently monitor transaction status, while Pelindo obtains more accurate information on receipts and transaction recording.
Pelindo Finance Director Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja said the development of a digital payment system is part of Pelindo's efforts to strengthen transaction governance while providing convenience and certainty of information to service users.
"Digitizing the payment system not only makes transactions easier, but also supports transparency, accurate recording, and a more effective reconciliation process for both service users and Pelindo. With clearer transaction monitoring, we can also strengthen the company's revenue governance," said Bachtiar.
Through the Pelindo ACS Dashboard, service users can monitor three transaction statuses: paid, held, and released. This information helps service users track transaction progress in accordance with applicable processes and regulations.
This dashboard also provides data that can be used in the matching and reconciliation process with financial records. This allows for more effective payment administration between Banking Service Users and Pelindo.
Currently, Pelindo's ACS is connected to Bank BRI through Qlola by BRI and Bank Mandiri through Kopra by Mandiri. Going forward, Pelindo will also expand the system's connectivity with other banking partners to continue supporting the ease and transparency of port service transactions.
