JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), the largest vehicle terminal operator in Indonesia under the auspices of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, continues to show positive operational performance until the third quarter of 2026. This growth is reflected in the increase in consolidated operational traffic covering the Jakarta Branch and five IPCC Satellite Terminals.
This strengthening was supported by increased activity across various cargo segments within the Satellite Terminal network. Several operational areas recorded significant growth, particularly the Banjarmasin and Makassar Satellite Terminals, which were key contributors to the increased traffic. This achievement reflects the increasingly strong contribution of the Satellite Terminal network in supporting the Company's consolidated performance and expanding the reach of vehicle logistics services across Indonesia.
As of September 2026, IPCC recorded a total consolidated cargo traffic of 1,373,926 units, growing 19.57% YoY, in line with the increase in ship calls to 2,958 or an increase of 14.87% YoY. Operational growth was also reflected in various cargo segments, with CBU traffic reaching 684,018 units or growing 0.95% YoY, heavy equipment reaching 25,504 units or an increase of 5.31% YoY, and the Truck/Bus and two-wheeled vehicle segments growing 43.98% and 51.46% YoY, respectively.
This achievement demonstrates that amidst global economic dynamics that affect export and import activities, IPCC remains able to drive consolidated cargo traffic growth through its Integrated Auto Solutions strategy. Strengthening the Satellite Terminal network and integrating services across Indonesia are important factors in expanding operational reach, optimizing domestic market potential, and maintaining sustainable performance growth for the Company.
IPCC President Director Wing Megantoro stated that traffic growth through Q3 2026 reflects the Company's increasingly integrated operational network. "Operational traffic growth through Q3 2026 demonstrates that strengthening the Satellite Terminal network and domestic services has positively contributed to the Company's consolidated performance. We see the importance of maintaining balanced growth across all operational areas, especially amidst the dynamics of the automotive industry and global trade. Therefore, IPCC continues to strive to increase productivity, maintain service quality, and strengthen synergies between terminals to provide reliable services that meet user needs."
"Going forward, IPCC will continue to develop integrated operational and service capabilities to create added value for customers and all stakeholders. By strengthening digitalization, increasing efficiency, and developing upstream and downstream vehicle logistics services, we are committed to enhancing the Company's competitiveness and supporting the sustainable growth of the national automotive ecosystem," Wing concluded.
