JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), as part of the Pelindo Group and PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim which is engaged in providing ship pilotage and towing services, held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on September 23, 2026. The meeting discussed, among other things, changes to the composition of the Company's management as part of strengthening governance and the continuity of the implementation of IPCM's business and operational strategies.
At the RUPSLB, shareholders approved the resignation of Arif Hermawan from his position as Director of Fleet and Operations at IPCM, effective June 25, 2026, in connection with his appointment as President Director of PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim. The company expressed its appreciation and gratitude for Arif Hermawan's dedication, contributions, and role in carrying out his duties and supporting IPCM's development.
In addition, the RUPSLB approved changes to the position of the Company's President Director as part of the shareholders' decision to strengthen the leadership structure and ensure the continuity of the Company's management in supporting IPCM's strategic agenda going forward. In this regard, the Company expressed its appreciation and gratitude to Shanti Puruhita for her dedication, contribution, and leadership during her tenure as IPCM's President Director. Furthermore, IPCM's leadership was continued by Dwi Rahmad Toto, who was appointed as the Company's President Director.
Based on the decision of the RUPSLB, changes to the composition of the Company's Board of Directors are as follows:
President Director: Dwi Rahmad Toto
Director of Fleet and Operations: I Wayan Wirawan
Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management: Dessy Emastari Prihatiningtyas
The appointment of Dwi Rahmad Toto as President Director is part of the Company's efforts to strengthen its commercial capabilities and business development. With experience in business development, corporate strategy, business partnerships, and customer relationship management within the Pelindo Group, Dwi Rahmad Toto is expected to strengthen maritime service development, expand market penetration, optimize asset utilization, and open new business opportunities for IPCM.
On the operational side, I Wayan Wirawan brings over three decades of experience in the port and maritime services sector, with various assignments in operations, maritime business, commercial affairs, and terminal and port management. This experience will support the Company in improving the reliability of pilotage and towing services, optimizing fleet utilization, operational efficiency, and implementing safety and service quality standards.
IPCM President Director, Dwi Rahmad Toto, stated that the Company will continue to strengthen its business by remaining focused on core services and creating value for shareholders and all stakeholders.
