PALEMBANG (ISL News) - Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang strengthens its commitment to implementing good corporate governance and compliance with legal provisions by signing a cooperation agreement with the South Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati Sumsel).
This collaboration is part of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang's efforts to strengthen governance, legal certainty, and professional business management. This step also aligns with Danantara's strategic direction to promote stronger governance and management of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to be more accountable, transparent, and sustainable.
The signing of this cooperation agreement is an important momentum in strengthening institutional synergy between Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang and the South Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office, especially in supporting the implementation of company activities from the aspects of civil law and state administration.
The scope of the collaboration includes providing legal assistance and advice, other legal actions in civil and state administration matters, and assistance with the company's strategic activities and projects. This collaboration also includes efforts to increase legal awareness and understanding among Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang employees.
Executive Director 2 of Pelindo Regional 2, Budi Prasetio, said that the collaboration was a strategic step to strengthen governance and legal certainty in supporting the implementation of company activities.

According to him, the synergy with the South Sumatra High Prosecutor's Office is expected to provide positive benefits for both parties, both in supporting Pelindo's internal strengthening and in building better institutional coordination.
