BOGOR (ISL News) – PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (PT ILCS), also known as Pelindo Solusi Digital, and PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the Development, Integration, and Marketing of Digital Services for the Maritime Ecosystem. The signing took place at PMLI on September 23, 2026. The MoU serves as a foundation for the two companies to explore various collaboration opportunities to support port, logistics, trade, and other business activities within the maritime ecosystem.
This collaboration combines Pelindo Solusi Digital's capabilities in developing maritime digital solutions and platforms with Surveyor Indonesia's expertise in testing, inspection, certification, and consulting services. This synergy is expected to deliver services that are increasingly connected, easily accessible, and tailored to user needs.
Pelindo Solusi Digital's President Director, Natal Iman Ginting, stated that collaboration between business actors is key to building a more integrated maritime ecosystem. "Digital transformation cannot happen alone. It requires collaboration that brings together the competencies, services, and experience of various parties. Together with Surveyor Indonesia, we want to open up opportunities to develop digital services that provide convenience and create added value for service users," Natal said.
The scope of the collaboration includes the provision, development, integration, marketing, and utilization of various services relevant to the needs of the maritime ecosystem. This collaboration includes technical verification services, cargo monitoring and inspection, and joint product and service development. The two companies will also explore developing solutions that can be offered to service users in an integrated manner, including through marketing mechanisms, ordering, and combining services according to customer needs. This development has the potential to be implemented within the Pelindo Group or in other mutually agreed market segments.
As part of the collaboration, Surveyor Indonesia's services will also explore connecting with Adhara, a digital collaboration platform for the maritime logistics ecosystem developed by Pelindo Solusi Digital. This integration is expected to provide easier access for service users to various supporting services for maritime and logistics activities. Adhara was developed to connect business actors, systems, data, and services within a single collaborative ecosystem. The presence of services from various partners within the ecosystem is expected to expand service options while helping users carry out business processes in a more practical and coordinated manner. "We present Adhara as a collaborative space for ecosystem actors. Each party continues to provide services according to their competencies, while the digital platform helps strengthen connectivity, expand market access, and make it easier for users to obtain the services they need," Natal continued.
Following the signing of the memorandum of understanding, the event continued with a workshop and joint discussions to identify user needs, market opportunities, and potential services for short- and long-term development. The forum also served as
the initial step in aligning the business and technology readiness of both companies. Several collaboration opportunities will be further explored, taking into account market needs, business feasibility, system readiness, data exchange security, and applicable regulations.
In the short term, Pelindo Solusi Digital and Surveyor Indonesia will prioritize identifying services that can be developed and marketed jointly. The collaboration will then be gradually expanded based on evaluation results and user feedback. Through this collaboration, the two companies hope to provide increasingly convenient, transparent, and integrated digital services. This collaboration is also expected to strengthen service quality and encourage new innovations for port activities, logistics, trade, and the broader maritime ecosystem.
