JAKARTA (ISL News) - Today, Pelindo Deputy Director Drajat Sulistyo discussed with fellow Group Heads in the Group Head Forum.
“For me, this forum is not only a space to exchange perspectives, but also an opportunity to broaden my perspective on the various challenges and opportunities ahead.
"To continue to take Pelindo further, we need to build three important assets: knowledge, competence, and networking," said Drajat.
The three, said Drajat, complement each other, understanding change, translating it into decisions and execution, and strengthening collaboration across functions and entities.
"Because ultimately, what matters most isn't just how far we can see into the future, but how concretely we can make decisions, take action, and make an impact on Pelindo. Let's continue to Think Bigger and Own Pelindo," added Drajat.
