JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC), a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal, part of the Pelindo Group, won three awards at the 2026 TJSL & CSR Award event organized by BUMN Track. The three awards are the Platinum ESG Excellence Award, the Gold Social Pillar Award, and the Leadership Excellence Award in the TOP CEO in ESG & TJSL Leadership Excellence Award category.
The awards were presented on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at the Bidakara Hotel, Jakarta, and were attended by dozens of state-owned enterprises and their subsidiaries throughout Indonesia. This event was held as a form of appreciation and evaluation of the Company's consistency in carrying out social and environmental responsibility (TJSL) integrated with the principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
The 2026 TJSL & CSR Award event is the sixth year of its existence, with judging conducted by an independent jury chaired by Ir. Thendri Supriatno, MBA, with the Honorary Chairman of the Jury Dr. Edy Soeparno, SH, MH, who also serves as Deputy Chairman of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia.
The main theme carried this year, "TJSL Transition Towards ESG Rating and Creating Shared Value", serves as a reference for the jury in assessing the extent to which companies are able to integrate TJSL into their business strategies and sustainable governance. The assessment also takes into account program innovation as well as the social, economic, and environmental impacts generated by each participant throughout the judging period.
The Leadership Excellence Award for the TOP CEO in ESG & TJSL category was awarded to IPCC's top management for their strong commitment to implementing ESG and TJSL programs sustainably, by encouraging the strengthening of TJSL governance that is integrated with the company's business strategy.
Meanwhile, the Platinum ESG Excellence Award and the Gold Social Pillar Award were awarded for the consistent implementation of IPCC Peduli's flagship TJSL programs, namely IPCC GEMBIRA (Clean and Healthy Community Movement) and IPCC UMKM KUAT (Develop Businesses to Overcome Challenges), which have a direct impact on the communities surrounding the company's operational areas. These three awards together reflect how IPCC strives to make TJSL part of its long-term business strategy, how the company is present as a license to operate rather than simply fulfilling formal obligations.
The success of achieving the Platinum ESG Excellence Award is inseparable from the comprehensive implementation of sustainability programs carried out by the IPCC, starting from emission and energy management, waste management, water conservation, operational process digitization, to greening the terminal area.
On the social side, the IPCC Peduli program through IPCC GEMBIRA focuses on providing supplementary food and health education for pregnant women and toddlers to prevent the risk of stunting, while the IPCC UMKM KUAT provides business assistance to MSMEs around the company's operational area. These two programs are a concrete manifestation of IPCC's presence in supporting the social and economic resilience of the surrounding community. This comprehensive approach between environmental, social, and governance aspects was one of the jury's considerations in determining IPCC as the recipient of this year's Platinum ESG Excellence Award.
Responding to this achievement, the Acting President Director of IPCC, Bagus Dwipoyono, expressed his appreciation to all collaborators and stakeholders who have worked together to consistently implement the CSR program. "As a public company operating in the community, we have a responsibility that goes beyond business aspects, but also towards the welfare of the communities around our operational areas, especially in terms of health, the economy, and the environment.
Therefore, CSR for us is not a supplementary program, but rather a manifestation of the IPCC's true presence in the surrounding community, and that is what we continue to maintain so that the program's benefits are truly felt, not just running. Going forward, we will continue to deepen the quality of these flagship programs and strengthen ESG governance, in line with the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Danantara Indonesia's vision of realizing a world-class state-owned enterprise oriented towards improving the standard of living of the communities around the company," Bagus concluded.
