SURABAYA (ISL News) - PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya (TPS) has once again received an award for its superior performance within the Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) Subholding. In addition to receiving the award at the 2025 Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) Subholding Risk Award, TPS also received an award at the 2026 Human Capital & Legal Forum for "The Most Productive Terminal Award Based on BOPO" in the Subsidiary category.
The award is a testament to TPS's efforts in maintaining optimal operational efficiency and productivity, as reflected in the BOPO (Operating Costs to Operating Income) indicator. This achievement is inseparable from TPS's consistent implementation of disciplined and integrated risk management across all business lines.
In the 2025 SPTP Risk Award event announced on Wednesday (3/6), TPS successfully won three awards at the subsidiary level as a form of appreciation for the consistent implementation of risk management, namely:

This achievement confirms that the title of most productive terminal is not only supported by operational efficiency, but also by the consistent implementation of a risk-aware culture . Discipline in systematically identifying, managing, and mitigating risks is a crucial foundation for maintaining service reliability, cost efficiency, and sustainable company performance.
The Corporate Secretary of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya, Erika Asih Palupi, said that synergy between productivity and risk management is key to facing the increasingly complex dynamics of the port industry.
"This award demonstrates that discipline and consistency in risk management are closely correlated with strong performance. TPS continues to build a work culture that makes risk management an integral part of every business process, thus maintaining efficiency, increasing competitiveness, and providing the best service to customers," said Erika.
TPS management also expressed its appreciation to all TPS Familia members for their active involvement in business management, in accordance with their respective responsibilities.
