Director of Strategy & Business Development of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva, Retno Soelistianti, said that as a Subholding engaged in port support services and development of areas integrated with ports, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva views the culture of Security, Safety, Occupational Health & Environment (K3L) as an important foundation in building & maintaining operational reliability to support the Company's future business transformation.

We aim to provide services that are not only integrated but also healthy, safe, and sustainable in supporting the national port ecosystem," said Retno.
Strengthening Safety Culture Continuously
As a form of implementing this commitment, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva consistently runs various programs to increase K3L awareness periodically through the implementation of Safety Induction, Drill & Exercise, and Safety Forum in various operational areas of the company group. This program aims to strengthen the understanding of both internal and external workers and work partners regarding K3L aspects to jointly create a conducive work environment to support the improvement of the company's operational performance.
The Company also strives to implement preventive measures through routine Safety Briefings , Management Walkthroughs , and Safety Patrols to ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and identify potential risks early in operational areas. To ensure the effectiveness of all these initiatives, the Company regularly conducts monitoring and evaluation meetings on the implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program every month.
In addition, SPSL continues to make various improvements to the implementation of K3L to be more adaptive to technological developments and operational dynamics in the field, one of which is through the implementation of the online Safety Induction method and optimizing the use of CCTV to monitor the implementation of K3L in the field more effectively and efficiently. The company has also carried out the first initiative of providing Safety Induction Cards for drivers entering the operational area of the Pontianak work area as a reminder of the safety standards that must be complied with.
