Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva Improves Human Resources Competence and Integrity to Support Business Transformation

JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) - PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (SPSL) continues to strengthen the quality of human resources as a foundation in supporting the company's business transformation through various talent development programs, competency enhancement, strengthening work culture, and implementing integrity within the company.


This initiative is in line with the direction of national development as stated in the 2025–2029 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), which places strengthening the quality of human resources as one of the strategic priorities towards Golden Indonesia 2045. Amidst the ever-evolving industrial dynamics, the company views superior, adaptive, professional, and competitive talent as an important foundation in supporting sustainable business growth.


Throughout the first quarter of 2026, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva continued to strengthen its human resource development program by conducting internal competency assessments for BoD-4 (Pratama A/B) and BoD-5 (Executor) level workers within the Pelindo Group in 2026 as part of efforts to ensure the readiness of competent and competitive talent.


In addition, the company has compiled a 2026 learning and development calendar to guide the targeted and sustainable development of employee competencies. As part of its professional capability enhancement efforts, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva is also conducting Qualified Internal Auditor (QIA) Basic Level training and certification for employees in early March 2026.


Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management, Herman Susilo, said that strengthening the quality of human resources is one of the company's important focuses in ensuring the organization's readiness to face the dynamics of the national maritime and logistics industry which continues to develop.


"Business transformation can only be optimal if supported by superior, adaptive human resources with a passion for continuous development. Therefore, the company continues to strive to provide various structured competency development programs so that company employees are able to meet current and future business needs," he said.

 

Strengthening Adaptive Culture and Corporate Integrity

Beyond focusing on improving technical competency, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva also continues to strengthen its adaptive work culture through the implementation of Sharing Sessions and the Change Catalyst 2026 program through the Culture Management System (CMS). These programs are expected to foster a more collaborative, adaptive, and innovative work culture across the company.


As part of its efforts to build a professional, transparent, and integrity-based work environment, PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva has also completed the signing of the 2026 Integrity Pact by all employees as a form of shared commitment to creating a work environment free from fraud and conflicts of interest. This commitment is further strengthened through various periodic outreach activities to increase employee awareness of the importance of implementing a culture of integrity, preventing violations, and complying with the principles of good corporate governance.


This commitment is strengthened through the implementation of the Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP) SNI ISO 37001:2016, the establishment of the Anti-Bribery Compliance Function (FKAP), and the ongoing dissemination of the No Bribery, No Kickback, No Gift, and No Luxurious Hospitality policies to all employees, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies. To ensure effective implementation, the company also routinely conducts periodic audits with the involvement of an independent, internationally recognized certification body.


Herman added that the company believes that superior talent must go hand in hand with strong integrity in order to create sustainable business growth.
