MERAUKE INDONESIA (ISL News) - Pelindo Merauke has established cooperation with the KEJARI by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Handling Legal Issues in the Civil and State Administrative Fields.
The signing took place at the Pelindo Merauke Office and was carried out directly by the Head of Pelindo Merauke, Muhammad Rasul Irmadani, together with the Head of the Merauke District Attorney's Office, Paris Manalu.
This collaboration is a strategic step in strengthening good corporate governance, particularly in the aspect of assistance and resolution of civil and state administrative law issues.
Head of Terminal TPK Merauke and General Manager of Pelindo Regional 4 Merauke, Muhammad Rasul Irmadani, said that collaboration with the Merauke District Attorney's Office is expected to strengthen legal certainty in the implementation of company activities.
"Through this Memorandum of Understanding, we hope to improve coordination and synergy with the Merauke District Attorney's Office, particularly in supporting the resolution of legal issues professionally and in accordance with applicable regulations," he said.
According to Rasul, legal assistance is an important part of supporting smooth operations and accountable company management.

The Head of the Merauke District Attorney's Office, Paris Manalu, expressed his institution's readiness to support Pelindo Merauke, especially in the areas of civil law and state administration.
"We hope this collaboration will be a positive form of collaboration in supporting the implementation of each institution's duties and functions. The Merauke District Attorney's Office is ready to provide support and legal assistance to Pelindo to ensure the smooth implementation of its duties and responsibilities to the state," he said.
