PELINDO GROUP PALEMBANG STRENGTHENS SYNERGY WITH CONTAINER SERVICE USERS THROUGH SIGNING OF SLA, SLG & BERTHING WINDOW 2026

PALEMBANG (ISL News) – Pelindo Group Regional 2 Palembang, through PT IPC Terminal Petikemas Area Palembang, continues to demonstrate its commitment to improving the quality of port services by holding a gathering with container service users. The event also saw the signing of a Service Level Agreement (SLA), a Service Level Guarantee (SLG), and the establishment of a Berthing Window for 2026.


This activity was attended directly by the General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, Area Manager of PT IPC TPK Palembang Area and leaders of container service users who will sign the SLA and SLG as well as the Berthing Window in 2026, this is a strategic momentum to strengthen collaboration between Pelindo Group and stakeholders, especially container service users, in order to create services that are more measurable, transparent, and oriented towards customer satisfaction.


By signing the SLA and SLG, Pelindo affirmed its commitment to clear and measurable service standards, encompassing service speed, punctuality, and operational quality assurance at the container terminal. Meanwhile, the implementation of the 2026 Berthing Window is expected to increase the certainty of vessel berthing schedules, thereby supporting logistics chain efficiency and smooth cargo flow.


The General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang, represented by the Commercial Manager, Darmawi, said that this activity is part of the Pelindo Group's ongoing efforts to build harmonious relationships while increasing the trust of service users.


"Strong synergy with service users is key to providing reliable and competitive port services. With this agreement, we hope to provide service certainty while driving overall operational efficiency," he said.


Apart from being a formal forum, this gathering activity also provides a space for open dialogue between Pelindo and service users to convey input, hopes, and evaluations of the services that have been implemented.


Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang is committed to continuously innovating and improving the quality of services to support the smooth flow of national logistics, especially in the South Sumatra region and its surroundings.
