SURABAYA INDONESIA (ISL News) - One of PT Terminal Petikemas Surabaya's (TPS) business commitments is to manage the business, at a minimum, in accordance with applicable regulations. This commitment is stated in the TPS Integration Policy. Not only is it displayed on every TPS wall through digital communication media, this commitment has become part of TPS's culture in carrying out its responsibilities and business management mandates.
The implementation of this commitment was again recognized at the 2026 Indonesia Regulatory Compliance Awards (IRCA) , held by Hukumonline at the Le Meridien Hotel in Jakarta on Friday (May 22nd). At this prestigious Indonesian governance and legal compliance awards event, TPS successfully won the Gold award in the Prosper D category.
Based on the assessment of the Jury, it is known that the award was given as a form of appreciation for TPS's high commitment in integrating a culture of legal compliance ( regulatory compliance ) and good corporate governance (GCG) into the company's core business strategy so that it can produce consistently better performance.
TPS Corporate Secretary, Erika Asih Palupi, expressed her gratitude and pride for this recognition. She stated that this award is the result of the consistency of all company elements in maintaining integrity amidst the dynamic challenges of the global logistics industry.
"This Gold Award at IRCA 2026 reiterates our understanding that good corporate governance through regulation will only yield results through a culture of legal compliance that is implemented in a disciplined and consistent manner, not simply through fulfilling administrative obligations. This is our primary foundation for maintaining business sustainability, mitigating risks, and enhancing the company's competitiveness ," said Erika.
This year's IRCA 2026 event attracted 131 companies from 23 industrial sectors in Indonesia. The rigorous assessment and data processing process was conducted from January to February 2026 by an independent panel of judges consisting of senior advocates, governance experts, and former leaders of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
This achievement is an additional encouragement for TPS to continue strengthening the culture of compliance to support the company's performance which is always better, transparent, and accountable in order to provide the best service for all customers & stakeholders.
