JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (SAMUDERA) recorded revenue of USD 184.3 million (+2% YoY) and EBITDA of USD 54.9 million (+13% Year On Year or YoY) in the first quarter of 2026.
This was conveyed by the President Director of Samudera Indonesia, Bani M. Mulia, at the presentation of the 2026 First Quarter Performance Report, on Thursday, April 30, 2026, which was held online.
On that occasion, Bani M Mulia also said that the company plans to add three new fleets, consisting of two tankers (4,000 DWT) and one container ship (10,100 DWT).
In addition, Bani M Mulia also conveyed that Samudera Indonesia will propose a total dividend for the 2025 financial year of IDR 12/share at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders.
