JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) — PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (PTP Nonpetikemas) is strengthening its corporate communications strategy through the Strengthening Communication: One Voice, One PTP initiative as an effort to maintain its reputation and public trust amidst the increasingly competitive and digitally connected port industry.
PTP Nonpetikemas President Director Indra Hidayat Sani stated that the company's reputation is shaped not only by operational performance and business achievements, but also by the consistency of attitude, behavior, and communication across all company personnel. He stated that every PTP Nonpetikemas employee represents the company, both in the workplace, in public spaces, and digitally.
"One Voice, One PTP doesn't mean uniform views, but rather unifying values and attitudes. Every statement and behavior of company personnel contributes directly to the image of PTP Nonpetikemas," said Indra.
In the context of digital communications, PTP Nonpetikemas highlights the role of social media as both a strategic tool and a risky space. The rapid flow of information has blurred the lines between personal opinion and institutional stance, making social media ethics and caution crucial for maintaining a company's reputation.
"I want to emphasize that each of us is the face of the company. So, let's remain wise in our social media use," added Indra.
Through this initiative, the company encourages every PTP Nonpetikemas employee to consider the impact of every digital post, comment, and response on public perception, while ensuring that the information conveyed is accurate, verified, and professional.
PTP Nonpetikemas also strengthened the role of its Corporate Communications Team and established Digital Communications Ambassadors (DigiWarrior) as the vanguard of corporate communications. DigiWarrior serves not only as content creators but also as reputation guardians, issue managers, and reinforcers of the company's positive narrative in the digital space, including supporting the Pelindo Squadron and contributing to the Pelindo Group's strategic information amplification efforts.
Strengthening integrated communications through One Voice, One PTP is expected to build message alignment from the head office to branches, strengthen public trust, and support the sustainability of PTP Non-container business in the future.
The strengthening of the One Voice, One PTP strategy was carried out through the Internal Communication Webinar "One Voice, One PTP" which was attended by all Non-container PTP Workers, and was continued with the Non-container PTP Communication and DigiWarrior Training which took place in Jakarta on February 9-11, 2026, as part of the effort to build message alignment and communication capacity of company employees from the head office to all branches.
