MAKASSAR (ISL News) – PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM) as one of the subholdings of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) which operates in the fields of Marine, Equipment, Port Services, Dredging and Shipyard (MEPS) recorded brilliant performance with unaudited net profit in 2025 which was 50.80% higher compared to 2024 and reached 123.79% of the 2025 Company Work Plan and Budget (RKAP).
Until December 2025, unaudited performance showed a significant increase, SPJM's business revenue reached 8,743.41 billion, up 20.29% Year on Year (YoY) and realized 109.84% exceeding the 2025 RKAP target. In line with that, SPJM's Operating Profit also experienced an increase of 24.56% YoY and exceeded the 2025 RKAP target by 46.35% or Rp. 249.28 billion with a net profit of Rp. 497.31 billion.
"The 2025 achievement is quite extraordinary because SPJM continues to demonstrate outstanding performance, exceeding its targets set by the end of the year. Customer trust, reflected in increased traffic and service coverage, as well as innovative service improvements for operational excellence, are key factors in achieving this 2025 performance," explained SPJM's Senior Vice President of Corporate Secretary, Tubagus Patrick.
The improved financial performance is in line with the positive trend in the operational performance of the SPJM services. Operational performance for pilotage, towing, docking , channel management, fuel and gas distribution, electricity services, waste management , oil spill response (OSR) , and equipment services exceeded the RKAP targets.
As a Group, SPJM Guidance Services increased by 106.47% YoY to 3,547,282,627 movements, exceeding the RKAP of 110.80%. In line with that, towing services reached 5,363,069,712 GT Hours, or 114.88% of the 2025 RKAP and reached 107.68% YoY. Docking services were realized at 53 Units, 155.88% of the 2025 RKAP of 34 units and an increase of 108.16% YoY. In the dredging line, there was an increase of 293.91% YoY, namely the realization of 1,949,002 M3.
Channel Management reached 27,963,542 tons, up 102.42% year-on-year and 117.58% of the RKAP. From the port services line , fuel distribution reached 67,660 KL, up 108.85% year-on-year. Meanwhile, gas distribution increased 109.69% year-on-year with a realization of 15,326,239 MMBTU, 186.62% of the 2025 RKAP.
Clean water supply in 2025 will reach 2,935,281 tons, up 112.06% year-on-year. Electricity supply will increase 104.37% year-on-year, reaching 110.68% of the 2025 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP)215,091,855 KwH.
Waste Management services 100% achieved the RKAP, with a realization of 240,700 Kg. OSR services exceeded the RKAP by 135.36% with a figure of 15,619,268 tons, or an increase of 130.93% YoY.
The SPJM equipment business line also showed positive performance. Equipment availability reached 90.22%, exceeding the RKAP target with a realization of 106.14%. The Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) realization exceeded the RKAP by 124.56% with a realization of 4.01 hours, an increase of 387.37% YoY. Meanwhile, the Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) increased by 121.09% YoY with a realization of 452.42% against the 2025 RKAP at 135.73 hours.
