
PANJANG BANDAR LAMPUNG (ISL News) – Last Thursday, October 24, 2024, at the AKHLAK Building of Pelindo Regional 2 Panjang, a refresher on the use of STID was carried out. The activity, led by the Head of KSOP Class 1 Panjang Jece Julita Piris, SE, M.Sc. together with the General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Panjang represented by the Commercial Division Miftah Fajrisal, was a form of consistent follow-up to the implementation of the National Corruption Eradication Strategy (Stranas PK) program.
Where one of the implementations of the program applied at Regional Port 2 Panjang is Single Truck Identification Data (STID) together with KSOP Class 1 Panjang again conducting socialization and refreshment as well as PMKU registration with stakeholders and related associations. Where this STID has been implemented at Regional Port 2 Panjang since 2022.
This step is a commitment of Pelindo Regional 2 Panjang as the Port Operator together with KSOP Class 1 Panjang as the Port Regulator in carrying out control and identification of vehicles operating in the Regional 2 Panjang Port environment which is carried out continuously and consistently.
This system is considered to be able to improve the security of goods and improve work safety and minimize accidents in the Line I area of Panjang Port. This step is also an implementation of digitalization implemented by Pelindo Regional 2 Panjang in the consistency of the follow-up to the implementation of the National Corruption Eradication Strategy (Stranas PK) program. This initiative is part of a digitalization effort that is expected to reduce bureaucracy and facilitate port activities.
Imam Rahmiyadi, General Manager of Pelindo Regional 2 Panjang, explained that this digital transformation aims to create a port environment free from extortion. "Digitalization is not only carried out on ship services, but also in all other service lines," said Imam Rahmiyadi.
It is known, since, the STID application has been implemented to regulate vehicles operating in Pelindo Panjang. Related to the existence of vehicles parked outside the Pelindo Panjang Port area and also against vehicles that do not have permits and so on,
Pelindo as the Port operator will continue to coordinate with relevant stakeholders according to its authority so that logistics activities both inside and outside the port can run more safely, conducively, orderly and smoothly. Pelindo Panjang focuses on the process of activities operated by Pelindo which are free from extortion in any form.
"This is part of the Stranas PK national program that we fully support and consistently evaluate its implementation together with the Regulator and we can also convey related to the port service activities of providing clean water for ships / supplying clean water from land to ships, this is one of the ship services that we provide for our service users, and for all clean water filling activities from land to ships that dock at public docks, we can ensure that we use clean water that we have provided through cooperation with PDAM Way Rilau Bandar Lampung which is one of the regional companies owned by the City of Bandar Lampung." he concluded.
Platform Whistleblowing System
Not only that, Pelindo also provides a whistleblowing system (WBS) platform on the website www.pelindobersih.pelindo.co.id or via email pelindobersih@whistleblowing.link
The platform allows anyone with information about acts of corruption or extortion to report them anonymously.
"We invite all service users and the public to utilize this WBS if they find suspicious actions. As the Port operator, we always coordinate with the Port Regulator or related agencies that issue permits as a valid requirement for every service user who carries out activities in the Panjang Port area in order to create order and standardization of applicable regulations, as well as joint supervision of activities in the Regional Port 2 Panjang environment," said GM Imam Rahmiyadi.
