GRC strengthening is carried out in line with organizational goals, eliminating uncertainty, and meeting regulatory compliance requirements as well as to support better business execution in a risk-aware environment.
It is undeniable that all business entities face various types of risks according to their respective characteristics and business fields. Including financial, legal, strategic, market dynamics and other risks. Good risk management will help companies identify and find ways to recover from the risks faced. A corporate risk management program will be able to help predict potential problems and minimize losses and possible risks that occur.
This principle is also guided and applied by MTI management in its business activities. MTI focuses on the business of providing logistics and multimodal services integrated with Terminal activities at the Port (port logistics). Currently the company operates 10 Warehouses and 29 fields (TPS & General) spread across several business areas. Among them are Jakarta, Semarang, Surabaya, Lampung, Palembang, Jambi, Medan, Natuna Pontianak, Makassar, Perawang, Banjarmasin and Ambon which are divided into 3 Regional Logistics areas. Engaged in the field of ports and logistics systems, PT MTI is very aware of the challenges and dynamics that surround and influence the Company's business processes and performance achievements in the future.
