JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal which is part of the Pelindo Group, held a hybrid Public Expose 2026 at the Innovation Room, IPCC Head Office, North Jakarta, Tuesday (3/11/2026).
This year's event, themed "Aligned Growth, Strong Foundation, Future Ready!", was attended by investors as a means of providing transparency regarding the Company's performance and business prospects.
The presentation was delivered by all members of the IPCC Board of Directors, namely President Director Wing Megantoro, Director of Operations and Engineering concurrently Acting Director of Commercial and Business Development Donny Yuniarto, and Director of Finance, HR and Risk Management Bagus Dwipoyono.
IPCC's Director of Operations and Engineering, Donny Yuniarto, explained that amidst the global economic dynamics and challenges in the automotive industry, the Company continues to maintain operational activities by recording a 13% growth in Completely Built Up (CBU) loading and unloading volume at the domestic terminal and 20% at a total of five satellite terminals until the third quarter of 2026 compared to the same period the previous year (YoY).
This growth was driven by the increasing demand for vehicle distribution in the national market, particularly through loading and unloading activities in Banjarmasin and Makassar. Meanwhile, CBU volume at international terminals was recorded at 332,918 units, a 12% year-on-year increase due to the end of the electric vehicle import incentive and the impact of global trade dynamics. Nevertheless, the IPCC remains optimistic about the prospects for a recovery in international cargo volumes by the end of this year.
From the financial side, IPCC's Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management, Bagus Dwipoyono, explained that the Company recorded operating revenue of Rp645.48 billion and net profit of Rp177.18 billion until September 2026, experiencing corrections of 2.24% and 6.89% YoY, respectively.
Amid these challenges, IPCC maintained a strong liquidity position, reflected in an increase in the current ratio to 663.19% compared to 526.05% in the same period last year. Meanwhile, the cash ratio also increased from 486.09% to 605.67%. The company also has no bank loans or bonds, making this financial condition a supporting factor in maintaining operational sustainability and future business development.
Meanwhile, IPCC President Director Wing Megantoro stated that the company continues to strengthen its Integrated Auto Solutions strategy by expanding its vehicle transportation services and developing end-to-end integrated vehicle logistics solutions for customers. This includes terminal management services, vehicle storage and management facilities (VDC), and Car Distribution Management through car carriers, towing, and self-drive.
In line with the 2026–2030 business development direction, the IPCC also focuses on increasing terminal capacity and facilities, integrating satellite terminal services, digitalizing business processes, and expanding operational networks to capture growth opportunities for the national automotive industry.
Closing the 2026 Public Expose, Wing Megantoro expressed his appreciation to investors for their continued trust and support. "We hope this year's performance can at least match the previous year. As we enter 2027, we will continue to strive to strengthen the company's fundamentals to further strengthen investor confidence in the IPCC," Wing Megantoro concluded.
