JAKARTA (ISL News) - Pelindo continues to encourage its fostered MSEs (Micro and Small Enterprises) to expand market access, increase product exposure, and build business networks as part of its efforts to develop sustainable MSEs.
One of these efforts was carried out through facilitating the participation of three Pelindo-assisted MSEs, namely Etnapraya Bags, Pesona Siger, and Meibu by Mejikuhibiniu, in the 2026 Nusantara Crafts Exhibition (Kriyanusa) which was held on September 26–30, 2026 at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC), Senayan, Jakarta.
Through this event, the three fostered MSEs had the opportunity to introduce their superior craft products to a wider market while also building networks with business actors, potential consumers, and various stakeholders in the creative industry.
Pelindo's Corporate Sustainability Group Head, Usman Saroni, said that supporting expanded market access is a crucial part of encouraging fostered MSEs to grow and become more competitive.
"We hope that the participation of our fostered MSEs in Kriyanusa will open up more opportunities to promote the quality and uniqueness of local products, expand business networks, and encourage sustainable business development," said Usman.
Kriyanusa 2026, which carries the theme "Sustainable Craft Creation, Global Craftsmen," also serves as a space to introduce the richness of Indonesian crafts and textiles and encourage Indonesian creative products to reach a wider market.
"Through the Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) Program, Pelindo continues to encourage its fostered MSEs to increase capacity, expand market access, and strengthen competitiveness, so they can grow sustainably while contributing to the development of the creative economy and the preservation of Indonesian crafts," Usman concluded.
