JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), as part of the Pelindo Group and PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim, continues to strengthen business development and operational reliability through a management walkthrough activity held on October 7–8, 2026. This activity was carried out by IPCM President Director Dwi Rahmad Toto together with Independent Commissioners Doni Istyanto Hari Mahdi and Mitchell Julius Tupamahu, accompanied by EVP Corporate Secretary Eddy Haristiani, GM Area II IPCM Erma Arifin and the Board of Commissioners.
The visit to Semayang Port, Balikpapan, was part of IPCM's efforts to identify potential market development and strengthen the contribution of maritime services in Indonesia's strategic region. Through field visits, IPCM mapped the need for pilotage and towing services, the development of port activities, and opportunities for synergies that could support sustainable business growth, while prioritizing operational excellence and prudent business development.
IPCM Eddy Haristiani, EVP Corporate Secretary, stated that management walkthroughs are crucial in ensuring business development strategies and operations are aligned. "This visit provides an opportunity for management and the Board of Commissioners to directly observe market potential and operational conditions in the field. We want to ensure that every business development opportunity is supported by operational readiness, governance, safety, and consistent service quality," Eddy said.
Meanwhile, a visit to Malundung Port, Tarakan, was conducted to ensure IPCM's operational readiness to provide pilotage and towing services in collaboration with PT Langlang Laju Layang. The review covered fleet readiness, personnel, safety aspects, and service quality. This visit also provided a platform for management and the Board of Commissioners to directly observe operational implementation and identify areas for service improvement.
Through management walkthroughs in Balikpapan and Tarakan, IPCM affirmed its commitment to maintaining a balance between business growth and operational excellence. The company will continue to explore new market opportunities while strengthening fleet reliability, human resource competency, safety, and service quality through collaboration with strategic partners to support healthy and sustainable business growth.
