The agenda discussed operational performance evaluation and accelerated completion of several of the company's strategic programs in the Belawan work area. The coordination meeting, led directly by management, outlined several key points to ensure all operational lines meet quality standards and regulatory compliance.
The main focus of this policy direction includes strengthening work environment oversight, accelerating investment progress, optimizing logistics governance, and streamlining partner billing administration.
The main points of the discussion results and strategic instructions that must be followed up by each relevant section are:
- Workshop Area Cleanliness and Environmental Management: Establishment of a dedicated PIC team for the cleanliness of used goods in the workshop area to ensure that cleanliness, tidiness, and the implementation of environmental standards are maintained properly.
- Improving Stock and Waste Control: The HSE Section is tasked with improving operational waste management in accordance with legal regulations.
- Improvement of Work Support Facilities: Immediate instructions to carry out improvements to improve the standard of sanitation facilities in operational areas to increase work comfort.
- Consistency of the Occupational Safety Program: Strengthening the implementation of routine HSE programs, especially the implementation of periodic Safety Induction for every worker and external party entering risky operational areas.
- CFS Operational Risk Mitigation: Comprehensive operational planning at Container Freight Station (CFS) facilities with a focus on early prevention to prevent damage to cargo or facilities.
