At the event, it was announced that the changes to the Board of Directors at PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk. were part of an effort to strengthen governance and ensure the continuity of the implementation of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk.'s (ticker code IPCM) current and future business and operational strategies.

For his career in BUMN, Dwi Rahmad Toto Sugiarto has served as Head of Corporate Planning and Strategy Bureau of PT Pelindo IV (Persero) (2016-2017), Director of SBU Marine Service of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) (2016-2020), President Director of PT Nusantara Terminal Service (2018-2020), Corporate Secretary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) (2020-2021), Regional Head 4 of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) (2021-2022), and Director of Operations from June 2022 to February 2024.
In his next career, Dwi Rahmad Toto Sugiarto was appointed as Commercial Director and Business Development of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (PTP Non-container) based on the Circular Decision of the Shareholders Outside the General Meeting of Shareholders of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok Number: SK.03/29/2/4/PAPS/DIRU/PLMT-24 and SK.03/29/2/3/DIRU/DIRU/PII-24 dated February 29, 2024.
And currently (September 23, 2026), Mr. Dwi Rahmad Toto Sugiarto, has been entrusted as the President Director of PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk.
