JAKARTA (ISL News) - IPC Container Terminal (IPC TPK) has again strengthened its synergy with the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office through the signing of an agreement/MoU held at the KEJARI North Jakarta on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
The signing of this Agreement/MoU is related to Assistance in Handling Problems in the Field of Civil and State Administrative Law (DATUN) which is an extension of the joint agreement that has been established in previous years.
Senior Manager of Law and Procurement of IPC TPK, Agus Fazri, conveyed the importance of regular legal assistance for the continuity of the company's operations.
"Legal assistance for IPC TPK is a very crucial preventive risk mitigation step. Not only when facing problems, assistance from the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office helps ensure that all operational, procurement, and administrative processes of IPC TPK in 2026 always comply with regulations and the principles of accountability," said Agus Fazri.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by officials from the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office and the management of IPC TPK. The signing of this Joint Agreement was carried out directly by the President Director of IPC TPK, Guna Mulyana, and the Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office, Dr. Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, SH, MH, witnessed by Pelindo's Executive Director 2, Budi Prasetio.
This agreement aims to provide legal assistance and guidance, so that all operational and administrative activities within the IPC TPK environment are always in line with applicable laws and regulations.
"Through the extension of this cooperation in 2026, we hope that the synergy and collaboration between IPC TPK and the North Jakarta District Attorney's Office will be even more solid. This support provides legal certainty for IPC TPK to continue improving the performance of container terminal operational services," concluded Agus.
