SURABAYA (ISL News) – PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) Group again posted positive performance throughout the first half of 2026, recording container throughput of 1,474,492 TEUs, a 13.3% increase compared to the same period the previous year, which reached 1,301,402 TEUs. This achievement demonstrates the TTL Group's increasingly strong role in supporting the smooth operation of the national supply chain while seizing the growth momentum of Indonesia's logistics sector.
This positive performance was primarily supported by the growth of international container traffic, which nearly doubled compared to the first half of 2025. This increase is the result of TPK Teluk Lamong's international service expansion strategy, which has increased the intensity of international vessel calls to 255 calls by the first half of 2026, compared to 160 calls in the same period last year, representing a growth of almost 60%. The increase in international shipping services further strengthens global logistics network connectivity, enhances terminal competitiveness, and provides added value for service users.
TPK Nilam also made a positive contribution, recording a 21.07% throughput growth compared to the same period the previous year. This performance was supported by the implementation of the Express Anchorage Zone Service (EAZI) through close synergy between PT Terminal Teluk Lamong and KSOP Utama Tanjung Perak in optimizing the management of Surabaya's Anchorage Zone 2. This program successfully increased the efficiency of vessel services, as reflected in the increase in TPK Nilam's vessel calls to 399 in the first half of 2026, compared to 383 calls in the first half of 2025. This increase in vessel activity also contributed to the growth of container flows at TPK Nilam.

One of the main focuses is continuing the implementation of the Express Anchorage Zone Service (EAZI) program at TPK Berlian, following its success in increasing ship service efficiency and driving performance growth at TPK Nilam. The implementation of this program is expected to accelerate ship service processes, increase operational productivity, and strengthen the competitiveness of terminal services.
