JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) – 'Port Captains' is a term first introduced by Pelindo's President Director, Achmad Muchtasyar, while delivering a speech at the launch of the 2026 Free Homecoming Program.
Achmad Muchtasyar, gave the title to the CEOs, Management of Pelindo Branches and Pelindo Subsidiaries as Port Captains.
And recently, the Port Captains, who came from various regions and entities, gathered in the 2026 Town Hall Meeting as a communication space to align steps and strengthen the company's vision.
This is certainly in line with the direction of BUMN transformation under BP BUMN and Danantara Indonesia, this forum is a momentum to strengthen shared understanding of Pelindo's streamlining agenda as a strategic step to build a more focused, efficient, and competitive organization.
Not only listening, the Town Hall Meeting also serves as a forum for open dialogue through a Q&A session with the Pelindo Board of Directors, so that Port Captains can convey questions, input, and aspirations directly.
