JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) - PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) or Pelindo has implemented the Kick Off of the 2026 Cost Efficiency Program through the Cost Optimization Program (OPTIPI), at Pelindo Tower, Jakarta (02/06/2026).
This program is a collaborative effort to foster a more effective work culture, prudent use of costs, and optimal service delivery. Efficiency isn't just about cost reduction, but rather how every available resource can be optimally utilized to achieve better performance.
In OPTIPI, there are several main categories in cost management, namely:
• Cost Saving → reducing routine costs that have been budgeted, such as business travel, meetings, electricity consumption, and other operations.
• Cost Avoidance → preventing the emergence of future costs, such as fines or claims.
• Revenue Growth → increasing revenue through new business opportunities, increased production, or strategic collaborations.
Through this program, Pelindo is expected to continue to grow and develop sustainably.
It is hoped that this spirit of efficiency can become a collaborative work culture for all Pelindo employees to become more creative and innovative for the company's continued progress.
