JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) - PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX:IPCC) is preparing to welcome new leadership that can bring the company sustainable growth. Based on Sugeng Mulyadi's resignation letter from the position of President Director of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk submitted on June 25, 2026 and has been accepted by Management, IPCC is ready to welcome this leadership transition process with full confidence. The Company believes this decision is a form of trust given to him to carry out greater responsibilities, namely as President Director of PT Pelindo Multi Terminal — a subsidiary of Pelindo as the majority shareholder of IPCC.
This strategic assignment reflects a clear recognition of his track record and capabilities to further strengthen synergies within the national port ecosystem while opening a new chapter of contributions at a broader level.
IPCC Management expresses its deepest appreciation for Mr. Sugeng Mulyadi's dedication and significant contribution during his tenure leading the company from April 2023 to June 2026.
Under his leadership, the company has recorded various operational achievements and financial performance that have grown solidly and have laid a sustainable foundation, as well as strengthening the company's position as the largest international-standard vehicle terminal in Indonesia that has integrated services with the tagline "Integrated Auto Solutions".
