JAKARTA TANJUNG PRIOK (ISL News) - Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok through the Indonesian Maritime Museum facilitated an Industrial Visit activity with the theme Managing Heritage in Active Ports which was attended by students of the Archaeology Study Program, University of Indonesia.
Through an archaeological perspective, ports are understood as living spaces that store layers of history from traces of past trade, the development of maritime infrastructure, to ever-changing social dynamics.
Pelindo Regional 2 Tanjung Priok also strives to maintain a balance between modern operations and preserving historical value, so that every corner of the port retains its significance that can be learned across generations.
