JAKARTA TANJUNG PRIOK (ISL News, April 1, 2026) — Terminal Petikemas Koja (TPK Koja) stated that terminal operations are continuing normally and under control amidst adjustments to logistics flows following the 2026 Eid al-Fitr holiday.
The ongoing operational adjustments are part of a collaborative effort by stakeholders in the Tanjung Priok Port area to maintain the smooth flow of goods and support the stability of national logistics services. These measures include regulating the flow of vehicles and containers, adjusting ship arrival and berthing schedules, and strengthening operational coordination through a cross-agency Command Center.
The Koja Terminal for Port Management (TPK Koja) confirmed that all terminal facilities, equipment, and service systems are operationally ready. Loading and unloading activities and services to users continue, with monitoring and measured adjustments made according to operational needs in the field.
"Terminal operations remain normal. TPK Koja continues to strive to maintain smooth service through strengthened coordination, capacity optimization, and real-time operational monitoring," said TPK Koja Management.
During this adjustment period, there are dynamics in the flow of imported container releases that may affect container pickup times. Therefore, service users are advised to plan container pickups more optimally to ensure a smoother and more efficient service process.
As part of its efforts to maintain service quality, TPK Koja has undertaken a number of operational measures, including optimizing yard and gate capacity, adjusting equipment and human resource operating patterns, and improving real-time operational monitoring through intensive coordination with relevant stakeholders.
TPK Koja also encourages all service users to utilize the available digital services and online systems to schedule container pickups. This is expected to help distribute vehicle traffic evenly, reduce queues at gates, and ensure a smoother overall service process.
The smooth flow of logistics in the port area is the result of collaborative efforts that require thorough coordination and planning from all relevant parties. Therefore, the Koja Port Management Unit (TPK) continues to foster close synergy with all stakeholders to maintain service continuity and support the gradual normalization of goods flow.
TPK Koja is committed to continuously maintaining service reliability, improving operational quality, and providing the best service to service users as part of its contribution to the smooth running of national logistics.
