IPC TPK Present to Strengthen the Spirit of Ramadhan 1447 Hijriah at the Port

JAKARTA (ISL News) -  Ramadan does not dampen the pulse of activity at the port. Amidst 24-hour loading and unloading activities, truck drivers and TKBM remain at the forefront in maintaining the smooth flow of national logistics. Understanding this 24-hour work rhythm, IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) gradually distributed a total of 1,600 free takjil packages throughout the Ramadan 1447 Hijri period to service users and TKBMs working in the terminal area.

The distribution of these takjil is not merely a symbolic activity, but part of IPC TPK's Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) Program which is in line with the Pelindo Berbagi Ramadan 1447 H initiative and is implemented continuously throughout the month of Ramadan.

"Through this program, we want to ensure that truck drivers and TKBMs who remain on duty until the evening can observe their fast more comfortably. The presence of these takjil is a simple but meaningful form of attention for those who maintain the smooth flow of national logistics," said Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary & External Relations of IPC TPK.

In the terminal area, loading and unloading activities continue 24 hours non-stop. Ramadan does not reduce operational intensity; in fact, container traffic tends to increase ahead of Eid al-Fitr. Therefore, the company also prioritizes the spiritual aspects and well-being of workers in the field.

In addition to Sharing Takjil (Taxable Meals), IPC TPK's series of 1447 H Ramadan Social and Environmental (TJSL) programs include Sharing Ramadan Food Packages throughout the company's work areas, the Mudik Bersama (Homecoming) program for those in need, support for prayer facilities in the Tanjung Priok Port work area, and support for Ramadan study activities to strengthen the values of togetherness and spirituality in the workplace.

These programs are designed not only to provide material assistance but also to create a warmer and more inclusive Ramadan atmosphere for all stakeholders within the port environment.

"Ramadan is a moment for sharing and strengthening togetherness. Through these various initiatives, IPC TPK strives to deliver tangible benefits while ensuring operations continue to run smoothly throughout the Ramadan period until Eid al-Fitr," concluded Pramestie.
