SURABAYA, (ISL News, February 19, 2025) — PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (PT TTL) achieved a brilliant achievement at the beginning of 2026 by winning the Zero Accident award and HIV AIDS prevention in the workplace which was officially approved by the Governor of East Java.
This award is also a special prize in the 2026 National K3 Month for the achievement of 23,575,501 working hours without work accidents, starting from November 1, 2017 to October 31, 2025. This is also evidence of the consistent and effective implementation of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (SMK3).
PT Terminal Teluk Lamong's Operations Director, M. Syukur, expressed his appreciation for this achievement, saying, "This award is not solely the property of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong, but is the result of the hard work and commitment of all employees, as well as the strong support of our partners. Thank you for your relentless dedication to maintaining the highest standards of safety, health, and work environment." He said.
The second award received by TTL was in the Platinum category for the implementation of the P2HIV-AIDS program consistently, sustainably, and with a significant impact on all workers and work partners within the company.
Syukur further stated, "This award is certainly inseparable from the important role of the HSSE transformation that has been implemented since 2023. The management walkthrough program, safety forum, safety induction, refresher on K3 aspects and safety minimum requirements are a series of HSSE programs that are consistently carried out periodically," he emphasized.
The HSSE transformation is TTL's step in addressing and mitigating the risk of workplace accidents that may occur in the field. Commitment to implementing K3 aspects is the responsibility of all parties without exception, ensuring a safe work environment to support increased productivity and operational performance.
By winning these two prestigious awards, TTL further strengthens its position as an environmentally friendly terminal and continues to develop HSSE digitalization to increase global competitiveness.
