Closing 2025, Welcoming 2026: PTP NonPetikemas Host Simultaneous Customer Appreciation Events at All Branches

JAKARTA INDONESIA (ISL News) - To close out 2025 and welcome the beginning of 2026, PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok (PTP Nonpetikemas) held a Customer Appreciation event simultaneously at 11 operational branches across Indonesia. This event demonstrates the company's commitment to strengthening partnerships and maintaining the continuity of non-container port services.


Through this event, PTP Nonpetikemas recognized customers whose final operations commenced at the end of 2025 and those who commenced operations at the beginning of 2026 at their respective branches. The awards were given for the unloading, loading, receiving, and delivery of various commodities handled by PTP Nonpetikemas.


The transitional moments at the end and beginning of this year symbolize the continuity of port operational services that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, while also confirming the readiness of PTP Non-container in supporting the smooth flow of national logistics.


PTP Non-Container Commercial and Business Development Director, Dwi Rahmad Toto, said that customer trust is a key element in the company's business continuity.


"PTP Nonpetikemas would like to thank all its customers for their trust and cooperation throughout 2025. The synergy established between the company, customers, and stakeholders is a crucial foundation for maintaining smooth port operations. As we enter 2026, we are committed to continuing to provide reliable, safe, and sustainable 24/7 operational services," Toto said.


Throughout 2025, PTP Nonpetikemas recorded various positive achievements, 

ranging from improved operational service performance, optimization of loading and unloading processes, support for the distribution of superior commodities in each region, contributions to National Strategic Projects (PSN), to strengthening digital transformation and implementing occupational safety and health (K3) aspects. These achievements are the result of close collaboration between the company, customers, and business partners.


A customer representative served by PT Atho Tama, PT Atho Tama, for general cargo at the end of 2025, through Nanang Khosim, expressed his appreciation for the consistent service provided. "We appreciate the professional and responsive support from PTP Nonpetikemas. The synergy created adds value to the smooth running of our operations," Nanang said.


Besides serving as a form of appreciation, this customer appreciation activity also provides an open communication platform between PTP Non-Container and service users to gather customer feedback and expectations. This is part of a continuous improvement effort to ensure non-container port services are increasingly adaptable to the needs of the logistics industry.
