BELAWAN MEDAN (ISL News) - In order to Strengthen Human Resource Capacity in Supporting the Implementation of the K3 Management System (SMK3) to Increase Productivity, Acting President Director of PT Prima Multi Terminal, Syamsuddin, along with the Management team attended the National K3 Roll Call at the Bandar Deli Passenger Terminal on Thursday (6/2/2025).
This activity is a manifestation of PT Prima Multi Terminal's commitment to implementing Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and ensuring the readiness of human resources in supporting safe, healthy and efficient port operations.
By strengthening human resource capacity and implementing optimal SMK3, it is hoped that it can increase productivity and create a safer and more sustainable work culture.
