Tuesday, July 23, 2024 PT Pelindo Regional 2 Banten held a customer meeting event attended by liquid bulk cargo owners in the Banten Port environment and several TUKS representatives in the DLKR/DLKP area of Banten Port. The event was opened by Pelindo Banten General Manager Yohanes W Situmeang and accompanied by the management of Subholding SPJM Banten Region, PT Jasa Armada Indonesia, Tbk Area II Banten and PTP Multipurpose Terminal Banten Branch.
This event aims to enable the management of Pelindo Group Banten Region to communicate directly in order to build good relationships with customers. And hopefully this event can also improve cooperation between Pelindo Group Banten Region and all liquid bulk customers in the Ciwandan Port environment and in the DLKR/DLKP area of Banten Port.
This customer meeting event is a routine program of Pelindo Group Banten Region which is held in several different places with the aim of hearing directly complaints and input from customers which of course as evaluation material for future improvements. This customer meeting event is also a moment of friendship in order to establish good relations between the two parties.
"It would be better if customers were more critical in making complaints and responding to various customer service activities. For example, when Pelindo Regional 2 Banten carries out customer visit activities, coffee mornings, customer surveys or when holding customer gathering events, Customers are expected to be more responsive in conveying various complaints or praise for various services provided by Pelindo Group in the Banten region." Said GM Pelindo Regional 2 Banten.
This event aims to increase familiarity and become a forum for friendship and a moment to increase commitment between Pelindo Group Banten Region and Customers so that this togetherness can continue to advance and develop together with Pelindo.
