BOGOR (ISL News) - The Directorate General of Sea Transportation held a Protocol Extension and Development and Master of Ceremony (MC) activity as an effort to increase the competency and capacity of Human Resources (HR) within the Directorate General of Transportation, Thursday (29/2/2024).
In his speech, Head of General Affairs and Equipment, Wisnu Wardana, explained that employee capacity and competence are fundamental in terms of protocols and MC.
"This activity was held as a forum to improve the quality and competency of human resources in the Technical Implementation Unit which is still limited," said Wisnu Wardana.
He mentioned that the role of protocol and MC is very important as the spearhead and determines the success of an event.
He further underlined that appropriate protocols help emphasize the authority and professionalism of agencies, and create an atmosphere conducive to dialogue and cooperation.
"The right protocol also gives a positive impression to stakeholders that the event is running in an orderly and orderly manner," said Wisnu.
Meanwhile, the role of the MC, continued Vishnu, is key in maintaining the smooth running of the event, creating a professional atmosphere, and strengthening the positive image of the organization.
"Through ongoing protocol and MC development activities, it is hoped that professional and alert employee talents will be able to contribute to the Directorate General of Sea Transportation," he said.
The outreach and protocol development and MC activities which were held for 3 days starting from February 29 to March 2 were also attended by 60 participants from the Technical Implementation Unit within the Directorate General of Human Relations spread across various regions in Indonesia.
