JAKARTA (ISL News) - PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik (“SPSL”), a Pelindo subholding responsible for managing integrated services in and around the port area, has again recorded positive performance through August 2025.
This growth is supported by the company's consistent steps in strengthening synergy and efficiency in its two main business lines, namely port logistics solutions services and Hinterland development (which includes property and area management, as well as port access toll roads).
SPSL President Director, Joko Noerhudha, revealed that this achievement is the result of the company's consistent steps in strengthening service synergies while simultaneously driving efficiency across all business lines, which are run sustainably.
"This positive performance demonstrates that the synergy we've built across all lines is starting to yield tangible results. Our focus remains on strengthening operational fundamentals so that every service runs efficiently, is integrated, and provides added value to customers," said Joko Noerhudha.
Distribution & Connectivity Solutions
Actual freight forwarding volume through August 2025 reached 98,360 boxes, representing a 14.44% year-on-year increase compared to 85,950 boxes in the same period in 2024. This performance was supported by increased trucking services, particularly in the Palembang and Lampung regions, which reached 101.96% of the August 2025 Work Plan and Budget (RKAP).
This achievement demonstrates the effectiveness of SPSL's steps in strengthening the distribution and transportation network to be increasingly efficient, coordinated, and customer-oriented in line with the company's vision to provide the best integrated solutions.
Hinterland Development
In the Hinterland Development cluster , Pelindo Tower's occupancy rate was recorded at 82.72% of its total capacity of 34,158 m², or 102.81% of the RKAP target. These results confirm Pelindo Tower's position as a hub for business activity and the synergy of Pelindo Group services with related partners.
Vehicle traffic on the Cibitung–Cilincing Toll Road (JTCC) also grew significantly. By August 2025, the total number of vehicles passing through the toll road reached 8,492,728, a 10.32% year-on-year increase compared to the previous year.
"We are currently promoting tariff integration at JTCC to make it more competitive compared to other toll roads. With efficient tariffs and smoother access, we are confident JTCC will become the primary choice for industrial transportation to the port," said Joko Noerhudha.
Business Transformation
Facing the industrial dynamics of 2025, SPSL continues to pursue its Transforming Business 2025–2026 agenda, which emphasizes service transformation, system digitalization, increased multimodal connectivity, hinterland integration, and strengthened risk and financial management.
"This achievement lays a crucial foundation for our continued growth through the end of the year. SPSL is committed to sustainable value creation through innovation and efficiency, ensuring that every service truly benefits our customers, partners, and the entire business ecosystem we serve," concluded Joko Noerhudha.
