SURABAYA (ISL News) — PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) held TTL Power Up 2025 at the Vasa Hotel Surabaya to evaluate the performance of the first semester of 2025 and strengthen strategies and teamwork to achieve targets until the end of 2025. In accordance with the theme " Recalibrate, Realign, Recharge: Strengthening Terminal Roles for a Breakthrough ".
With the merger of Berlian Container Terminal (TPK) with TTL on July 1, 2025, TTL will have three terminals: Teluk Lamong, Nilam, and Berlian. This initiative is a perfect opportunity to develop and align strategies to achieve the company's targets and objectives.
In an effort to achieve the 2025 target, the terminal will increase service speed by shortening Ship to Ship (STS) times, increasing handling capacity , optimizing the stacking yard, and increasing engagement with all stakeholders .
Value creation and innovation are also important areas emphasized by TTL management for each division. One area of value creation is energy consumption efficiency, which involves engineering haulage routes , managing traffic, reducing shifting , and improving energy consumption .
"The entire team will optimize operational and commercial analysis. We will ensure ongoing value creation is implemented across all terminals, especially the newly joined Berlian terminal. We are confident that together we can face various challenges and achieve significant success in the future," said David Pandapotan Sirait, President Director of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong.
