TERMINAL TELUK LAMONG Collects Input from SERVICE USERS in Performance Evaluation, to Improve Services

SURABAYA INDONESIA (ISL News) -
 PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL), a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) held a 2024 Performance Evaluation with service users, yesterday, February 6, 2025 at the PT Terminal Teluk Lamong office. The activity was attended by shipping companies, directors and TTL management. 


Muhammad Syukur, Director of Operations and Engineering of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong in his speech expressed his gratitude to all service users for their trust in carrying out activities at PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. "Thank you for taking the time to attend, in addition to being a means of friendship between the terminal and service users, the results of this activity will also be used as evaluation material for the terminal to further improve our services next year," he said. This activity is in line with PT Terminal Teluk Lamong's commitment to always provide excellent service to service users.


In the joint evaluation activity, the performance and achievements of TTL during 2024 were explained, which has recorded positive performance with an increase in the number of ship visits by 5.1%, namely 1,523 units compared to the same period in 2023 of 1,449 units. Due to this increase, the number of container flows also increased by 4.6% from the previous year, namely 852,617 TEUs to 891,691 TEUs.


All service users have the opportunity to share their experiences while using TTL services, either in the form of complaints or input. Syahrul, a representative from PT Regional Container Line (RCL) expressed his appreciation for the achievement of operational targets in terms of service speed for RCL ships operating at PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. "In 2025, we hope that operational services can be maintained and if possible even better so that the service is faster," said Syahrul.


Anang Setiawan, a representative of PT Meratus Line, also expressed his gratitude for the good cooperation that has been established so far between PT Meratus Line and PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. "We hope that in 2025, TTL can create opportunities to grow and develop together and provide better service than in previous years," said Anang.


The company gets a lot of input and interesting lessons from valuable customers. TTL will collect all of these inputs, because customers are the best consultants for TTL to improve and develop services. 


TTL will continue to maintain consistency in implementing operational patterns based on planning and control and continue to innovate to improve services in order to obtain better performance results in 2025.
